What is Sygnanet?
A platform dedicated to the Company that enables whistleblowers to submit reports and allows the Committee to receive and manage them. The platform is available at:

Who is a Whistleblower?
A natural person who reports or publicly discloses information about a breach of law obtained in a work-related context. This includes persons employed in the Company under an employment contract or civil law agreement, as well as individuals cooperating with the Company, regardless of their position, function, or the form of employment or cooperation through which the Company conducts its business.
What is the purpose of the Sygnanet platform?
To provide legal protection for individuals who report irregularities occurring within the Company. The Polish Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928) protects you against retaliatory actions, such as:
  • unjustified termination of employment,
  • refusal to extend an employment contract or blocking employment opportunities with other employers,
  • hindering career advancement.

Protection applies on the condition that you have reasonable grounds to believe that the information reported is true at the time of reporting and that it concerns a violation of law.

What types of misconduct can be reported?
You may report various types of irregularities, for example relating to: corruption, product safety, transport, food and feed, privacy and personal data protection, network security, environmental protection, animal health and welfare, and consumer protection.
How do we protect your identity?
Your personal data, which could identify you, will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons, unless you provide your explicit consent.
All information regarding whistleblowers’ rights is set out in the Procedure for Receiving Reports and Taking Follow-up Actions in Connection with Such Reports at LipCo Foods International S.A., adopted by the Company.
